This is my take on Rey's parentage based on what little we know about who she could be. I believe her to be the granddaughter of Anakin and Ahsoka for a lot of reasons; the more I tried to disprove it, the more it made sense. I didn't want to just write a dissertation, so I put it together as a snapshot story; bridging the gaps between what we do know throughout the saga and what we don't know. It took me over a year to write this because I wanted it to be as complete as possible. It's not really an AU because it's what I believe to be happening in the background of the entire Star Wars story. I wrote it based off of hints from the shows and movies and it is a theory. Whether you approve of the Anisoka ship or not, it still sheds a lot of light into interesting elements in the show that otherwise have no other explanation and how they all might connect together.Continued as of Feb 11, 2019 (Renamed Chapter 29- no longer the Epilogue).
